Truck arrives

On the day, the truck rolls in, we set up in 30 minutes, cook to order for your guests, and roll out clean. You taste-test before service starts.

The Setup

One truck. Full service.

A self-contained mobile kitchen — fryers, prep, refrigeration, packaging, all on board. We need a 4 × 3 m flat patch, a 15-amp power point (or we run from our own generator), and somewhere within 50 m of where your guests are.

Standard service for events runs 2 to 4 hours. We do up to 250 guests off a single truck; larger events get a second unit. Outdoor receptions, marquee weddings, dry-hire warehouses, corporate carparks, club ovals — we’ve done them all.

The Menu

Every wing on the truck is the same wing on the catering menu. We don’t run a “wedding line” or a “corporate line” — your guests get Bee Sting, Portuguese Crumb, The Chillogy and the rest, cooked to order from the same fryer that placed second in Buffalo.

Dietary covered: we offer GF wings (dedicated oil on request), DF, vegetarian (cauli wings), and a kids’ option (mild tenders).
