Dylan and Katrina Pires came back from a string of family holidays in the USA and Canada in love with wing culture — and noticed nobody in Brisbane was doing it properly. In 2014, with four kids in tow, they launched Australia's first chicken-wing food truck.
Twelve years, a trophy cabinet and a few different signs out front later — they're back where it all started. Same fryer. Same recipes. Same family running it. On a different Brisbane street every week.
